Call for play submissions, Epilogue Players
Epilogue Players, Inc. is seeking full-length play submissions for the 2016-2017 season. Prospective directors are invited to submit scripts for two plays of different genres - comedy, drama, or mystery. However, one submission would be acceptable. Plays appealing to all ages, including, but not limited to senior citizens, are recommended. Click here for more information and how to submit. Deadline for submission is December 12, 2015.
Khaos Company Theatre Seeks Playwright Submissions

Playwright Submissions for full length plays are being accepted until Monday, February 1st at 5 pm for Khaos Company Theatre's "2016 Dionysia New Play Competition." The winning play is produced in full during Khaos Company Theatre's 2017 Season and the playwright receives a KCT 2017 Season Pass. The 2016 Raynes poetry prize from Jewish Currents magazine is now accepting submissions.

The Indiana Center for the Book is pleased to announce the 2015-2016 Letters About Literature Competition.
Letter Writing Contest supported by the Library of Congress: Letters About Literature is open to youth in grades 4-12. Students are asked to write a letter to an author in response to a book that changed how they perceive the world. Letters About Literature awards prizes on both the state and the national levels. State Winners win cash prizes and advance to the national level. A panel of national judges for the Center for the Book in the Library of Congress will select one National Winner per competition level to receive a $1,000 cash award. Deadlines, guidelines and more information are included on the attached Indiana Entry Form.
