Gregg DeBoor is a touring and spoken-word performance artist. For the past three years he has toured through out the Midwest and East Coast at some of the most prominent spoken-word venues. He has been published in several online journals including Critiphoria and has recently won an Indianapolis Grand Slam prize. He spends non writing time teaching workshops at local high schools in central Indiana and working at various day jobs including voice over, voice dubbing both artistic and commercial. Gregg also paints, sculpts, and has involved himself with various aspects of film making in the past.



While Gregg has been active in the Indianapolis poetry scene for more than a decade, this is his first book, Street Girls Have Guns.
