Tracy Mishkin

Followed by an intermission for book buying or exchange, for refreshments, and an Open-Mic reading by those who wish to read their own poetry or favorite poems by others.

Tracy Mishkin is a call center veteran with a PhD and an MFA student in Creative Writing at Butler University. She is the author of two chapbooks, I Almost Didn't Make It to McDonald's (Finishing Line Press, 2014) and The Night I Quit Flossing  (Five Oaks Press, 2016). Her work has been published in such fine venues as Rat's Ass Review and has twice been nominated for a Pushcart Prize by Parody. She has three poems forthcoming in Jokes Review. Her Evening with the Muse will be a seamless blend of humor, terror, and whatever you are least expecting.
