Curious about writing poems? Written something that might be a poem? Stuck in a rut writing the same poem over and over? Eager to write when you’re not heartbroken? In this three-hour class for beginning poets, we will explore basic strategies you can use to create and shape poems. In-class exercises will help you invent poems, break lines, add layers of meaning, and more. When you leave Beginning Poets Boot Camp, you will have the tools and exercises you need to continue to write poems.
